Parkamaya Presents First Solo Showcase in KL of “Malaysia Chabor” Joyce Chu!

Kuala Lumpur, September 2014 -  Parkamaya, an Asian fashion concept store in Fahrenheit88 has presented to the mall shoppers and fans of upcoming Malaysian singer Joyce Chu, the solo showcase of the “Malaysia Chabor” LIVE at Atrium Fahrenheit88, KL a few days ago. Joyce Chu or better known as四叶草is currently a youtube sensation who has garnered 6 million youtube hits and she was especially popular for singing “Malaysia ChaBor” which was composed by Malaysian singer composer Namewee. It’s her first solo showcase and it has attracted a lot of her fans to be present at the venue that day!

Performed 3 Songs At Atrium! Fans Sang Along To Her “Malaysia Chabor”!

The 17 years old upcoming singer has performed 3 songs during her showcase including I’m yours, Cup & Malaysia Chabor. She appeared with a lovely dress along with her ukulele when performing the songs.

During the time when she sang “Malaysia Chabor”, all of the fans actually sang along perfectly with the correct lyrics. The performances started and ended earlier than the expected time.

After the showcase, she proceeded with her meet and greet session located at Parkamaya, 3F, Fahrenheit88.

Fans Ushered Up to Parkamaya! Screams & Cheers By Fans!

Seems like her charm did not fade off at all despite the showcase has already ended. Most of her fans still stayed behind at Fahrenheit88 to stand a chance to meet & greet with her again at Parkamaya. All of them were screaming her names while waiting eagerly for her to appear again! It was like a dream came true again for the fans as she appeared again for the following Lucky Draw Session that was held that day!

Lucky Draws Session! Up Close and Personal Interaction With Joyce Chu!

A lucky draw was done and 10 lucky fans were able to win some prizes from her which consist of gifts from Parkamaya’s latest retail outlet brands including Dear Mori, B&W, Stardust Studio and Lolita Fashion @ Parkamaya.

Besides, 30 lucky fans were also called out to meet Joyce Chu up close and personal. These 30 fans were able to get her autograph too!

After that, the event proceeded with the media session at Coffee Stain, 3F, Parkamaya.

Additional Press Interview With Joyce Chu!

Joyce Chu will be releasing her album next year! Casted As Main Actress For Movie!

Joyce Chu mentioned that she is planning to release her first album next year at Taiwan. When asked whether she would be taking part in any CNY movies, she replied no as she currently has some other upcoming plans.

She further revealed that she has been taking up trainings in communication, dancing and etc to improve herself and get herself more prepared for her approach in entertainment field. She stated that she has gained more confident after going through the trainings.

Although she is not taking part in any CNY movies, she said that she will be collaborating with “Taxi! Taxi!” director for an upcoming movie and she will be casted as the main actress.

She also told the media members that she has been offered with scholarships but those offers were currently placed on hold and she would have further discussion with her family members regarding her future in both academic as well as entertainment field.
