Kuala Lumpur, February 2023 - After much anticipation, Taiwanese Mandopop's "King of the Lovelorn People," Eric Chou, will bring his long-awaited tour, The Odyssey~Journey World Tour, to Malaysia on 3rd June 2023, at Axiata Arena in Kuala Lumpur.

 

Eric is visiting Kuala Lumpur for the first time since the pandemic. Do you miss him, Starics?

 

Eric Chou is the Chinese music scene's youngest singer-songwriter, with over 100 million views on YouTube. Eric's top hits "The Distance of Love," "How Have You Been?", "The Chaos After You," and "What's Wrong" are universally adored and have become must-sing songs in all of his concerts, including his Australia tour. His most recent single, "Graduation," has received over 14 million views on YouTube in the last three months.

 

The tour's title, "The Odyssey Journey," comes from Greek mythology and represents how every hero must go through thousands of trials before becoming a true hero. "Everyone is trying very hard to be a better person, and it's because of you, my dear fans, that the journey of my journey continues, that I'm working hard with," Eric says emotionally.

 

His debut film "My Best Friend's Breakfast" OST "What's on Your Mind" won the Golden Horse Award 2022 for "Best Original Film Song" in November.
