Kuala Lumpur, October 2019 – As per mentioned in our

Universal Music artiste Yannick Bovy has
put up an unforgettable show of “YANNICK
BOVY CELEBRATES 100 YEARS OF NAT KING COLE” at Istana Budaya, Kuala Lumpur last week on 4th and 5th October 2019! It was indeed a
memorable weekend as we were brought down the memory lane of 50s classical Nat King Cole music by the melodious voice of Yannick Bovy!
The
opening show on 4th October
2019 was hosted in aid of Yayasan
Tunku Naquiyuddin. Yayasan Tunku Naquiyuddin was established in 1996 (23 Years Ago) and its principal
focus is on the B40 group in which
they provide financial assistance to the needy students. Via this show, Yayasan Tunku Naquiyuddin managed to
raise a total of RM 330,000.00.
In
addition to that, the night was also graced with the presence of Their Royal Highness Yang Di Pertuan Besar
Negeri Sembilan and Tunku Ampuan
Besar. The opening show also featured local jazz celebrity Sharizan Borhan as the emcee!
Spectacular
Voice of Yannick Bovy Celebrates 100th Year of Nat King Cole!
As we all know, Nat King Cole is the King Of Swing and has been one of the best crooners who has ever existed. If he is still alive, he would have celebrated his 100th Birthday this year.

The young crooner from Belgium, Yannick Bovy was able to bring back to life the hits by Nat King Cole via these shows last
weekend. Yannick Bovy has a
wonderful voice which has totally mesmerized the audiences as he sang the songs
like “Unforgettable”, “Mona Lisa”, “When
I fall in love”, “Fly me to the moon”, “Smile”, “L.O.V.E” and etc.
There were many close-up interactions between
Yannick Bovy with the audiences as
well as some surprising moments as well. Some of the highlights included when Yannick Bovy suddenly brought up roses
from the stage and walked down the stage to pass them to some lucky fans.
Another highlight of the night was the moment
when he saw a female fans who was holding a card saying “Waited for 6 years for
Yannick Bovy”. He spontaneously came down to the stage and take a photo with
this lucky female fans.
Of course, the other remarkable moment was
when our local jazz celebrity Sharizan
Borhan sang duet with Yannick Bovy for
the song “L.O.V.E”! Both of their
vocals are great and blended with each other’s very well.
Last but not least, it was a pleasant surprise for the finale as Yannick Bovy performed a classical Malay song titled “Getaran Jiwa”! His pronunciation of the Malay lyrics were spot on!
Overall, it was a really amazing night at “Yannick Bovy Celebrates 100 Years Of Nat
King Cole” in Istana Budaya.
