[Exclusive Interview] Bernice Liu 廖碧兒 @ The World Of Tim Burton, Pavilion Bukit Jalil

 Kuala Lumpur, March 2023 - Bernice liu 廖碧兒, a Hong Kong actress who was well known in her previous involvements in TVB dramas, travelled to Malaysia on the 20th March 2023 to attend the opening ceremony of Tim Burton's exhibition "The World of Tim Burton" in Malaysia.

 

Liu, who is a Burton fan, even brought a butterfly that appeared symbolically in Burton's film "Corpse Bride" making her the event's centre of attention. Liu explained as she held the live butterfly in her hand, "This butterfly emerged from its cocoon this morning. Because I believe it was fate that brought me here, I decided to bring it to the event. I'll release it and let it fly away after the event."

 

In terms of upcoming projects, she stated that she will be returning to Hong Kong for a commercial shoot.

 

Bernice Liu's appearance at Tim Burton's exhibition in Malaysia sparked interest among fans and members of the media. The fact that she brought a "Corpse Bride" butterfly added a special touch to the event, making her the centre of attention. Furthermore, her decision to release the live butterfly after the event demonstrated her love of nature and the value of life.
