[Local Entertainment] Astro rewards Ultra Box customers with FREE Viu Premium until 8 June 2023

Lumpur, March 2023 - Astro is expanding their streaming service with more Asian
entertainment as part of the New Astro Experience by welcoming the Viu
app to the platform. Astro customers can now watch Viu on multiple
screens, including the Ultra Box, for popular shows like Taxi Driver 2
and Delivery Man, as well as Thai and Indonesian dramas, Viu Original
series, Korean variety shows, and more upcoming local titles.
To commemorate the launch, Astro
is giving all Ultra Box customers FREE access to Viu Premium until June
8, 2023. Customers can watch shows like Nenek Bongkok Tiga, The Secret
Romantic Guesthouse, Bilik Tepi (which debuted today), Return Man, Mantan Tapi
Menikah, and Boys Planet on their Ultra Box or on the go with the
Viu mobile app.

Astro's strong streaming app lineup now includes Netflix, Disney+
Hotstar, HBO GO, iQIYI, BBC Player, TVBAnywhere+, and beIN SPORTS CONNECT.
Astro will soon introduce Zee5 and more to the platform with the goal of
bringing more entertainment from around the world for the customers to enjoy.
By opening the Viu app on their
Ultra Box, Astro customers can begin streaming all of their favourite shows on
Viu. Furthermore, to use Viu on the website and mobile app, click "Pair
Account" and follow the on-screen instructions to log in with your existing
ID or create a new basic ID and pair your account to your Ultra Box. Viu is now
available on all of your devices!
Viu Premium costs RM14.90 per month (RRP). After 8th June 2023, Astro
customers can continue to use Viu Premium by adding it to their subscription at
a discounted rate. Please visit www.astro.com.my/viu to get updated on
the future offers! Non-Ultra Box customers who would like to redeem this
free trial may upgrade to the Ultra Box by contacting our the Customer
Service Centre at 03-9543 3838.
