[Local Entertainment] “Out Of The World” Sets Record For Being “Malaysia’s Largest Water & Music Festival”

Lumpur, 2023 - The grand
opening ceremony of the Out of The World (OOTW) festival, which has set
the record for being 'MALAYSIA'S LARGEST WATER & MUSIC FESTIVAL' was
officiated by YB Dato Sri' Tiong King Sing, Minister of Tourism, Arts
& Culture (MOTAC). The one-of-a-kind event demonstrates the organizer's
commitment to increasing the country's tourism revenue by developing a
one-of-a-kind attraction that will attract visitors from around the world.
The festival took
up two acres of land (54,936 square metres) at the Sepang International Circuit
and hosted over 10,000 visitors from all walks of life over the weekend,
allowing them to enjoy the country's unique cultural and entertainment tourism
experience. As a result, OOTW has earned the title of 'MALAYSIA'S LARGEST
WATER & MUSIC FESTIVAL' in the Malaysia Book of Records.
OOTW provided the public with a slew of
activities, including a never-before-seen three-story inflatable water park and
obstacle course, high-tech AI-projection mappings of pools, various
instragammable art installations, and a food bazaar stocked with a variety of
cuisines - providing an all-encompassing, immersive, and joyful experience for
all.

seen other countries develop and execute these types of projects, and as a
result, they have become prominent household festivals that we see around the world
today," said Mr. Lens Chan, Chief Executive Officer of Genesis
Entertainment and Organiser of OOTW. This type of success was one of many
motivators for us to create and implement Out of The World. Implementing this
event is a step forward in our journey to create a source of entertainment that
can be hosted annually and eventually gain popularity from around the world -
inviting people from all walks of life to come to Malaysia and experience the
great tourism and culture here."
