[Local News] Eight FM new position and brand profile
Kuala Lumpur, 2023 – The Chinese radio station Eight FM (previously 8FM), owned by Media Prima Berhad, has announced a brand-new positioning and direction, and on 2nd August 2023, it will take its first step in that direction.
Cheryl and KK expertly present the breakfast show 今天勇往直前 (Go Forward), which airs every weekday from 6 to 10 AM. This programme offers various viewpoints on current events, promotes reflection on various phenomena, and examines intriguing things that are happening in the world.
Every day at 8 AM, 荣兄受不了"Chia Yong's nags" will also be featured on 今天勇往直前 "Go Forward." Every day, Cheryl, KK, and veteran newsreader Chia Yong will join as a Guest Announcer to discuss news and current events.
Hana is the host of Na么十在 (Thick Ten), a show that airs on weekdays from 10 AM to 1 PM and explores current entertainment issues while providing insightful life perspectives.
After that, Loh's show 一点点就好 (A Dash will Do), which airs from 1 to 4 PM on weekdays, invites you to consider life from a fresh perspective.
放工哈哈Show (The Haha Show), which airs weekdays from 4 to 8 PM, is the lively and entertaining programme that Kyann and KeQing host for the drive-time show. In addition to entertaining listeners, Kyann and KeQing promise to deliver educational material that meets the standard set by the Breakfast Show, dubbed 大师请指教 "The Great Master."
