Kuala Lumpur, 2024 – Astro AEC's Chinese crowdfunding reality show The Sandbox投吧!合伙人  has entered the finals stage of its second season. Recently, MyStartr and GrandPine Capital held a special event at Pavilion Bukit Jalil in Kuala Lumpur. The event announced the "Popularity Award" winner voted by the audience, as well as featured panel discussions on entrepreneurship, crowdfunding, and investing.

CobyDaddy of the popular Malaysian parenting IP CobyHaus won the Popularity Award. 

The panel discussions featured MyStartr founder Goh Boon Peng, GrandPine Capital Mr Lee Yon Onn and show producer XiaoMa. They shared industry trends and insights on topics like entrepreneurial investment, crowdfunding, and media perspectives.

The Sandbox has been jointly launched by Astro and MyStartr since 2022, providing entrepreneurs with a platform to showcase their business potential and raise funds, pioneering a new chapter in Malaysian entrepreneurial reality TV. The program has received widespread attention and acclaim.

Following the success of the first season, the second season attracted more than a hundred companies to participate, highlighting the importance of the capital market's support for small-scale funding to realize entrepreneurial dreams. Through collaborations with business elites, the program has opened the doors to the business world for entrepreneurs, making the path to entrepreneurship more practical and feasible.

GrandPine Capital's sponsorship of this program reflects its commitment to the Malaysian business investment environment and the field of education. Established in Malaysia for 20 years, GrandPine Capital initially focused on investments in the education sector, gradually expanding into diverse areas such as fintech, asset management, and corporate consulting. 

Currently, the 8th Dream Factory Startup Contest, co-hosted by MyStartr and Dream Factory and co-organized by Affin Bank, is actively seeking participants. Since the competition's launch, the number of registrants has already exceeded one hundred. At the press conference, Wu Wenbin called on entrepreneurs to actively register, with the registration deadline set for 18th February 2024. It includes foundational knowledge for startups, speech skill training provided by TEDx mentors, hands-on coaching from experienced mentors, and a rare opportunity for participants to join an active entrepreneurial community and gain international exchange opportunities.

Astro AEC频道播出的《投吧！合伙人》作为马来西亚首档中文众筹真人秀，已经进入第二季的决赛阶段。近期，MyStartr携手GrandPine Capital（松大资本）在吉隆坡的Pavilion Bukit Jalil举行了“拔德投筹”这一特别活动，活动不但宣布了观众投票选出的“人气奖”获奖者，还包括了一系列关于企业投资和众筹的讨论会，吸引了众多企业家和行业领袖的关注。
