"The Greatest of Us" Season 2 to Return in October with Potential Surprise Appearance by International Singer

Kuala Lumpur, 2024 - Highly anticipated by fans, the second season of the music show 《最好的我们》 is set to make a grand return on 20th October 2024, airing every Sunday at 9 p.m. on 8TV. This season brings exciting new upgrades, including live concert recordings at school campuses for the first time, and features a diverse lineup of singers to deliver a rich musical experience. During the press conference, 8TV's program director 黄裕丽 revealed that the finale concert may feature an international singer, promising more surprises for viewers.

At the media press conference held on 4th September 2024,  the production team officially unveiled the new highlights of Season 2, showcasing for the first time the impressive lineup of the "全女班校园音乐会" (All-Girls Campus Concert). Seven female singers, including Priscilla Abby 蔡恩雨, Dior 大颖, Emily 蔡瀞萱, Bell 玲惠, Victoria 黄诗琦, Elva 苏妍, and Jasmine 张静汶, took the stage together to promote the show. Furthermore, Natalie 小玉 and 魏少泷 will continue their roles as hosts, extending the seamless chemistry from the previous season.

The campus concerts this season are divided into two parts: "我的音乐时光" (My Music Moments) and "我们的合作舞台" (Our Collaborative Stage). The lineup includes six “声势力” (Vocal Power) singers, one special guest singer, and representatives from the "校园声势力" (Campus Vocal Power) talent search. The first concert's theme is "我们的女唱将" (Our Female Vocalists), followed by two other concerts: "多重身份的斜杠歌手" (Multifaceted Slash Singers) and "才子齐聚的全男班" (All-Male Talents). Details of these concerts will be gradually revealed during the recordings, according to the production team.

黄裕丽 emphasized that this season will focus on the singers' musical expression. "Singers will have the opportunity to perform their favorite songs. We have also invited students to join and interact with the singers on stage, sparking more musical creativity."

At the press conference, 蔡恩雨 humorously remarked that she is now the "most experienced" among the seven singers, reflecting on how she transitioned from being the youngest member to the "big sister." Dior 大颖 playfully called her "auntie," which drew laughter from the audience. 大颖 also revealed plans for a solo concert, but noted that she still needs to write more songs. Bell 玲惠 shared that this would be her final performance before studying abroad, admitting that she was too nervous to sleep the night before. The other singers also revealed details of their performances: 蔡瀞萱 will challenge an R&B style, 苏妍 and 黄诗琦 will collaborate for the first time, and 张静汶 will debut a new song as well as perform a Thai track.

在发布会上，蔡恩雨幽默表示自己是“七人中资历最深的”，并感叹从最年轻的成员变成了年龄最大的“大姐姐”。Dior大颖则打趣称她为“阿姨”，引发现场笑声连连。大颖还透露有意筹备个人演唱会，但目前歌曲数量还不够，需要继续创作。Bell玲惠则分享她将把此次演出作为出国留学前的最后一次舞台，心情紧张得前一晚彻夜难眠。其他歌手也纷纷透露了各自的表演亮点，蔡瀞萱将挑战R&B曲风，苏妍与黄诗琦则首次合作表演，而张静汶更将带来全新作品及泰语歌曲。
