[Upcoming Concert Event] “Heroes: A Video Game Symphony” by MPO
Kuala Lumpur, 2024 – Join the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO) for Heroes: A Video Game Symphony concerts on Friday, 13th December 2024 and Saturday, 14th December 2024 at 8.30 pm at Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS (DFP), KLCC.
This multifaceted concert demonstrates the MPO's creative orchestral capacity to bring a varied range of music to the forefront, delivering an intense video gaming experience with the depth of orchestral music.
The concert, led by Resident Conductor Gerard Salonga, will transport the audience to fantasy worlds, heart-pounding fights, and victorious victories, all set to iconic songs from favorite video games. With gameplay visuals in perfect sync with the MPO's 'live' accompaniment, prepare for a transcendental experience beyond ordinary as the showcase transports the audience from their video game console to the concert hall through iconic themes from beloved games such as Castlevania, Diablo, The Elder Scrolls, Halo, Portal, Metal Gear Solid, Assassin's Creed, Fallout, and many more.
Prior to this, in 2012, 2014, and 2019, the MPO performed sold-out concerts using Final Fantasy music as part of the Distant Worlds concert tour. The Heroes: A Video Game Symphony concerts are a continuation of similar offerings for gamers and music fans.

吉隆坡讯 —— Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO) 将于2024年12月13日（星期五）及12月14日（星期六）晚上8点30分，在 Dewan Filharmonik PETRONAS (DFP) 隆重呈献 Heroes: A Video Game Symphony（英雄：电子游戏交响音乐会）。这场音乐会将为观众带来融合电子游戏与管弦乐的无与伦比视听体验！
音乐与电子游戏的梦幻结合
